There are 2 fully equipped Self-Catering Apartments that have been lovingly restored by the owners and finished to a high standard in 2008.  It's just a 3 minute walk into the quiet Spanish village of Gor where the locals are friendly and the tapas is always superb!

If you are in to biking, quad-biking or walking there are some fantastic trails right on your doorstep.  Likewise if your interested in painting or wildlife watching there are plenty of quiet spots of amazing natural beauty to take in.  Within a short drive you can do some more adventureous activities like horseriding, paragliding or go-karting.  Depending on snowfall, from December to the end of April you can go cross-country skiing and Husky riding which is only 45 minutes drive or the most southerly ski resort in Europe, the Cetursa Sierra Nevada is only an 1¼ hours drive.  It is fully equipt with ski lifts, ski hire, ski schools, restaurants and other winter activities.  The nearest coast is also an 1¼ hours drive however the serene Lake Negretin with canoeing, natural thermal spring baths, fishing and pedaloes make you feel like you are on the beach and it is only a quarter of the distance. Granada with it's historic Alhambra Palace and monuments and not forgetting the kids, the science park are a must see and being only 45 minutes drive can be visited easily within a day.
